すべてのレビューを表示Great workout, however very fast paced as a first timer. The workout group is split into two, one treadmill and one floor group. Treadmill portion was awesome, hard to miss the instructions there and the light jog-run-sprint intervals were perfect. For the floor workouts, if you don’t hear the exercises you fall behind a bit but can catch up by looking at others! Instructor talked a bit fast & the music was very loud, however I caught most of what he was saying. Definitely recommend for a fun/challenging class!

すべてのレビューを表示Mollie was a great instructor! This was my very first Solidcore experience and I am a fan. I tried it here in DC while on a trip and now I will try once I’m back in Dallas. She was helpful. Encouraging and patient with the entire class and now my obliques hurt😂

すべてのレビューを表示Great, challenging but accessible functional HIIT class for all levels! I’d heard good things about the gym and glad I decided to try the class! Nino was an AWESOME instructor, super welcoming and fun vibe and did a great job of explaining and demonstrating exercises. Will return!

すべてのレビューを表示Vivian was a great instructor and you can tell that she cares about those who attend her class because she knew everyone who was already there so it made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She was very clear with her instructions when teaching im the front of the class. This was my first mat Pilates class so I wasn’t sure if she would walk around and correct our forms or not. The class was great though. The only thing I didn’t love was the space itself. There was only a room divider between our class and the weights station so it didn’t feel very private. I don’t think I would go back because of the space itself but Vivian was great!
