すべてのレビューを表示Worth noting that this class was sort of like a Pilates inspired strength workout with barbells and dumbbells. High reps! Lots of squats/rdls and variations of that. Not maxing out your weight. Very welcoming environment- would recommend for anyone new to strength training but it was a very tough workout so great for everyone.

The trainer was super helpful, explained everything as it was my first time, and gave boxing/kicking tips for those stations. Cool concept and space, and nice that the workout only takes 30 minutes.
