すべてのレビューを表示Jackie is such a fun instructor! And she did a great job helping me modify for an injury. Personally I would prefer if more of the class was stretching (it was about 10 mins stretch after 35 mins warm-up/HIIT) but I really enjoyed it and will likely take it again soon.

You break a sweat without realizing it because it’s not boring enough or too intense to notice how hard you’re working. Can’t wait to return!!
