    Yoga Flowbility

    Nice class! I was looking for a yoga class that has strength and I like when the instructor corrects the posture, that’s key to do the postures in a useful way. She repeated many times there’s no right or wrong, but when you are corrected then you feel right! Thank you!

    CONDITION

    The instructor and the other gym members were really welcoming and kind. I didn’t realise that Wednesday is the hardest workout of the week so that was a bit intimidating but like I said, everyone was really helpful and made me feel comfortable.

    I loved this class! It was my first time doing Lagree (after a few years of doing reformer pilates) and it was unique and challenging in different ways. Nikita took the time to explain the machine to me and checked on my form throughout. The studio is also beautiful and in a great location. Thank you!

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just finished my first Vinyasa class with Cat, and it was such a lovely experience. I was sweating a lot, yet the class felt very calming, making the session both enjoyable and refreshing. Cat is very patient, warm, and passionate. She provided clear, gentle instructions and demonstrations, which really helped with alignment and body awareness. Elements Studio has a modern, calming, and beautiful space, and I left the class feeling refreshed in both body and mind. Highly recommended for improving mental clarity and feeling renewed after class. Thank you, Cat and Elements Studio 🤍
