すべてのレビューを表示First boxing class. Was a good sweat but not totally sure if I like how fast the pre and post exercises were. I’m used to more intentional and slower paced warm ups and cool downs. Maybe this is typical with boxing classes. I may return when I am looking for a more intense cardio session.

すべてのレビューを表示I feel uneasy giving such a low review, since the instructor was very nice and easy to get along with, and I really wanted to like it, but the class was disappointing. The schedule said 10:00-11:00, but the instructor ended the class at 10:26. I understood that it was a mobility class, but we only did one breathing exercise and a couple loose sets with the kettlebells, where I was showed proper form but never did even one full working set. I was fully under the impression that we had covered the basics and did a very light warm up and then the class suddenly ended. I was really looking forward to an hour long mobility workout, and maybe that is a simple typo on classpass,

すべてのレビューを表示This class was a cardio blast- we were dripping sweat and had a very great workout. However, we came thinking this would be more boxing centered and really it was all about conditioning. Our class was one hour straight of 3 minute cardio heavy drills and it was difficult to keep up as beginners. We participated as much as we could to keep up with the regulars and it was still a positive experience. Just be ready to really push yourself!
