    Everyone was SO kind here. They always are and the space is ultra excepting and supportive. Trainers were tuned in to every step and center, offering motivation and support or weight selections along the way. Also - side note, it’s nice how they bump the music up when we are in our stations, then turn it down a bit as we transition. It helps a lot with the motivation and the music is fire! My only suggestion is maybe a few lighter (just by a few pounds) options for things like shoulders - our smallest muscle groups. 10 pounds as a base is sometimes too challenging for me 😭😭😭

    Body Pump

    Love this class! I used to be an O2 fitness member and I am coming back through class pass just for Indi’s body pump class. I have been weight lifting consistently for 10 years and this class kicks my butt and usually makes me sore for days! There are always people of very different levels in the class and it’s easy to modify to your bodies needs based on weights and range of motion - Indi always gives modifications and there are always people modifying to their needs which I really appreciate. I would note that especially as a first timer you should arrive to class 15-20 minutes early because set up takes a while and the class doesn’t have capacity caps so it’s best to arrive early to grab a spot that’s comfortable for you and make sure the weights you want are still available. Also no one is there to tell you what you need/what to expect so definitely just ask someone else taking the class, everyone is really nice and will help you out.

    I feel uneasy giving such a low review, since the instructor was very nice and easy to get along with, and I really wanted to like it, but the class was disappointing. The schedule said 10:00-11:00, but the instructor ended the class at 10:26. I understood that it was a mobility class, but we only did one breathing exercise and a couple loose sets with the kettlebells, where I was showed proper form but never did even one full working set. I was fully under the impression that we had covered the basics and did a very light warm up and then the class suddenly ended. I was really looking forward to an hour long mobility workout, and maybe that is a simple typo on classpass,

    I liked the location and the cleanliness of the facility. This is for an advanced fitness experience for sure. Be ready to work. The instructor is kind and very helpful. I only give a 4/5 because I want to know before I go what we will do and for me it was too much cardio and not enough weights. But many like that … I like to lift heavy and move slower. I am 54 and consider myself very fit. I would try another class though that was not full body to see the difference.
