すべてのレビューを表示As someone with a disability (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome), I'm always nervous going into any kind of gym setting. This place however was very accommodating and understanding which I appreciated. They let me go at my pace, provided alternates to any exercise I needed, and didn't push me past my limits. The environment of having others around me help encourage me if I felt like quitting but knew I was quitting just because I felt a little tired. Their attitude of you do you, we'll supply the routine was extremely helpful for me and I look forward to coming back for other classes.
