すべてのレビューを表示An amazing class with Roberto! The flow 2 was just the class I needed to develop my yoga practice deeper and challenge myself to asanas I haven’t had the confidence to do. He leads an excellent practice and is hugely supportive! I left feeling refreshed and I’m only sorry I can’t go back again tomorrow! I will be back!

すべてのレビューを表示Loved this class! April is a brilliant teacher. The class felt very considered, with a really interesting & fun range of moves, so it flew by! Appreciate that she provided a range of options to ensure you’re as challenged as you wish. Only quibble is that there are too many reformer beds in such a small room. Feels borderline claustrophobic:

すべてのレビューを表示Today’s practice with Niamh was exceptional, from the welcome by the teacher thru the beautifull setting of the room, surrounded with candles and huge natural light coming from the windows. The practice was full on with the teacher and the flow was easy to follow but in same way challenging a bit aswell, we finished with a singing bowl and beautifull song. I highly recommend it. Thank you Niamh to have shared and lead us in the today’s practice
