She allocated time for stretching at the end of the class which I feel alot of instructors often skip. I will be back for sure.Thank you girl 💗! Directions were good, they answered the phone to answer questions and it was easy enough to find. They have parking and validate your ticket for you I give it 5/5 stars. My only feedback is I feel they should provide towels for free but I know to bring my own next time if I don’t want to pay 30aed to borrow one of theirs!

She is a brilliant instructor with an incredible depth of knowledge. Not only is she highly flexible and technically skilled, but she also has a unique talent for breaking down difficult movements into achievable steps.
