すべてのレビューを表示I loved the instructor's energy and music helped a lot in matching the vibes, although it was tensed class considering the old injuries I have but I didn’t feel pain or anything during it and I was laughing and smiling at the instructor funny comments. I challenge myself sometimes to push my limits and do more and this class was definitely one of the classes that boosted my fitness level. I only have one suggestion for the instructor to be in the middle so we all can see her cuz my spot was near to the door and I had to pause and look over or copy the ones close to me. Thank you so much!

Alessia came over to say hi and asked if I had any concerns since it was my first time, which immediately put me at ease. Her instructions were easy to follow, and she went around the room to check on everyone, making sure we were all doing the movements correctly. It's clear she genuinely cares about everyone in the class, no matter their experience level. I left feeling relaxed, looser, and looking forward to my next session.
