My legs were like jelly afterwards 😂 Deanna is an amazing instructor and kept us motivated throughout and prioritised the stretching accordingly so that somehow I wasn’t crippled the next day! I will say that it’s probably the hardest intermediate reformer class I’ve been to and might be closer to advanced for a few people, so bear that in mind when booking (with other instructors it’s definitely easier) But I still loved it and would 100% go back!

The movements pushed me in the best way, but still felt intentional and controlled rather than overwhelming. As a first-time visitor, I also would have appreciated a brief tour or some basic information about the studio and how things work. The building entry rules are not that great, you have to submit your original EID to get into the lift lobby.
