One issue I had was when you walk in they ask you to fill a form with details like your address etc and I could see everyone's data on the device's autofill - not great for privacy.

My face did not have any freshness and I did not feel that it had been cleaned well. The only thing I liked was the receptionists good hospitality and their kindness.
