She truly supports you every step of the way and makes sure you’re performing each movement correctly. She never rushes you and always gives you enough time to focus on proper form. At the same time, she knows how to gently challenge you in the best way. Honestly, I couldn’t ask for a better instructor — I LOVE her classes!

すべてのレビューを表示Great session amazing instructor. Pro tip: try to book classes when there isnt a pilates class in the other room. The noise and screaming from the other class was quite a distraction in the yoga class, but the instructor was so incredible so i cant not give 5 stars❤️
