すべてのレビューを表示this was my firsy time & absolutely loved Millie's class! She's so welcoming, energetic, and attentive to everyone. She guides, motivates, and gives helpful feedback throughout. The class is high-energy, with a little "crazy dance" (as she calls it!) at the beginning and end, combined with an intense weighted workout. Will definitely come back💪🏼🔥

すべてのレビューを表示Honestly, one of the best workouts I’ve joined! 🥊🔥 I did a kickboxing class with Dennis and it was tough, but SO much fun. Great energy, challenging without feeling intimidating, and I left feeling absolutely amazing. Definitely coming back! 💪🏼
