It was my first class so I took a couple of breaks to catch my breath before joining in again. I highly recommend if you’re after some fun, intense cardio. The amazing playlist really helped too!

Every move was explained in such detail that I could almost zone into my body to focus and not be confused about which springs to use or the correct posture. As it was explained thoroughly. I was in a class with many other girls but I felt I had all the attention I needed. I have found group classes difficult previously. I will definitely be signing up! Oh and there is free parking!
