    This class was absolutely amazingggg. I was late to class because of traffic and I couldn’t find parking but Zalie was so kind. Megan who works at the front desk was helping me set up and do the warm up. She was such a gem in getting me comfortable and helping me out. Zalie emphasized how important it is to warm up, and I love that! At first I was so confused about the routine but once you start doing it, it’s really organized. I loved how she spent time with each student. She corrected my form but at the same time she was relatable and laughed along with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The community here is so supportive and everyone was so kind and helpful. Can’t wait to come back even though I live quite far away!

    I always know to expect a challenging and well guided workout with Brianna! She’s great with form corrections and cues, and hits full body 💜Solis is lucky to have her. Thoughts on the studio - beautiful but needs some improvements. First, you need to number the lockers somehow lol. Second, put in a coat rack for ppl who don’t need a locker and have minimal stuff. Third, this is just a suggestion, but sweat towels and cold towels are always appreciated. I love the reformer classes and plan to come back!

    Friendly instructors, great neighborhood F45. But training itself was chaotic, music way too loud and stopped during workout so we could hear instructors.     The space is great as it has a separate basement room for you to stretch leave your personal belongings secure and have a shower. The classes vary per day, ones being more focused in strength, cardio or both. The instructors are super helpful throughout the workouts, correcting your posture or the execution of the exercise itself. I personally love this type of workouts as it targets different muscle each day but at the same time you can see an improvement as little as in a week going 5x or more. You get to be paired with a random person to workout so you push yourself harder. Having two trainers per session it’s also like having a personal trainer but for way cheaper price. Highly recommend. You get your workout dosis for the day in just 45 min. Quick and improving.

    Hossain is a great instructor and made me feel completely comfortable during this visit. it's a personalised training session that combines cardio, core, and weight training, followed by a meditation session at the end. The use of individual heart rate monitors allows for tracking your own progress. I think this was one of the best workouts I have ever had.
