    Amazing!!! My first time doing this class and I really enjoyed it. Jonathan was great at guiding us through the class, while also providing modifications and tips for focus. Felt very beginner friendly as well. Would definitely take this class again! The immersive aspect was very cool and nice. I liked that it was more spacious that the Yonge studio.

    Sweat Flow

    I enjoyed this sweat flow class more than the other sweat flow I attended at Chi Junky. Amanda's energy felt more warm and welcoming than I'd previously experienced. The playlist was great, and the volume was high, but I could still hear her instructions. I do enjoy the challenge of these classes, but sometimes I find the vibe too intense. This felt pretty good though. Thanks, Amanda!

    When I booked the class the teacher was supposed to be Megan and I was a little bummed she wouldn’t be teaching. I was pleasantly surprised at how good of an instructor she is. Courtney provides clear explanations of what to do during the class and I never felt lost. I hate not knowing how to do a workout and feeling lost and that was not the case in her class.     Farley is great, loved the class! In terms of difficulty, even though it’s called power flow I’d say it’s equivalent (or slightly easier/slower) than a regular vinyasa at sweat & tonic, which is just what I wanted!     Pure bliss! If you’re looking for a way to melt away stress and experience deep relaxation then look no further! This was, hands down, the best sound bath experience I’ve ever had in the city. The instructor has a relaxing voice and it is a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for letting go of the day’s stresses. The sound bath itself is a carefully curated blend of instruments, from gongs and chimes, to singing bowls and a rain maker. It filled the room with a wave of soothing vibrations. Not only do you hear the sounds but also feel them resonating throughout your body, releasing tension. I emerged feeling rejuvenated and revitalized with a clear mind. It was the perfect antidote to the daily grind. I highly recommend checking out this sound bath.

    Nicole is a great instructor with really calm yet motivating energy. She is able to clearly communicate instructions in a way that is easy to understand and follow despite quick movements from position to position during the class.     Really liked this sub! Appreciated the lower intensity. Would be nice to have more classes on the schedule that are still movement flows and not necessarily as chaturanga heavy as both power and even deep flow tend to be! Love the heat and the teachers are all really lovely and so close to my house but have found the options a bit limiting to make it my primary studio! Having something like a honey flow-esque class would be great (though I know not necessarily on brand with power yoga!)

    It was my first time taking this class and I really enjoyed it! More intense than Flow or Deep, as we used the weights a fair bit. It was a great workout without too much impact, and Eleanor was good at demonstrating and explaining the moves. I will definitely be back! One comment though - the room was quite cold today, they should turn the heat up a bit on chillier mornings.

The instruction was occasionally confusing but the instructor offered lots of helpful feedback/correction. It would have been useful to have all the moves on the screen for reference.     Another great class with Well BYND! The instructors at this studio really know their stuff. The class was challenging, but all the movement was intentional and focused on proper form. I built up a sweat and my muscles were burning. Kayla is a great instructor, friendly, welcoming, down to earth, and fun.     The instructor (and owner) Vanessa was beyond lovely and welcoming!!! I loved the flow of the class and all of the modifications she offered. The space was really cute and overall it felt way more like a welcoming community than a lot of other studios in the city. The class size was good too. My only critique is that the mats weren’t the greatest.

    Gold Standard | Strength & Conditioning

    This was a really fun and challenging class in a really welcoming atmosphere. The instructor Vincenza is exceptionally good at what she does. From her explanations to the modifications that she provided, all around really knowledgeable and made me feel safe to move in ways that I was apprehensive about. I will mention that this class is a part of a series so some may feel like they’re missing out by jumping in but I felt good about it.
