すべてのレビューを表示Amazing!!! My first time doing this class and I really enjoyed it. Jonathan was great at guiding us through the class, while also providing modifications and tips for focus. Felt very beginner friendly as well. Would definitely take this class again! The immersive aspect was very cool and nice. I liked that it was more spacious that the Yonge studio.

It was challenging but Rhoda provided modifications and options for everyone. I loved the class, the vibes were so great I will definitely come back!

すべてのレビューを表示I enjoyed it she had great energy but at times I found her instruction hard to follow because the way she instructs the movements and posture change is different from other teachers; it’s not a bad thing just something to note.

すべてのレビューを表示I really liked the class! Instructor was great at centering us in our bodies, welcoming us to the space, and congratulating us on our hard work. Learned my lesson from yesterday’s Bird class and selected a mat in the 2nd-last row near the wall, rather than the 2nd-front row by the wall, and found it was not as hot — still sweaty but much more comfortable! We did a mix of exercises using the squish ball and the band and I really felt the burn. The class was good value. I will return!

すべてのレビューを表示When I booked the class the teacher was supposed to be Megan and I was a little bummed she wouldn’t be teaching. I was pleasantly surprised at how good of an instructor she is. Courtney provides clear explanations of what to do during the class and I never felt lost. I hate not knowing how to do a workout and feeling lost and that was not the case in her class. I 100% will be booking with her again. Thanks Courtney!

すべてのレビューを表示The class size was quite small, only 5 people when I went which meant a lot of guidance from our instructor Sydney. She was great about giving form corrections for anyone that needed it. This workout was definitely focused more on building strength and keeping up good form rather than high intensity. People of all abilities can take this class confidently.

すべてのレビューを表示I was pleasantly surprised that this was a super challenging upper body/core class with pushes of cardio. The instruction was occasionally confusing but the instructor offered lots of helpful feedback/correction. It would have been useful to have all the moves on the screen for reference. Also, love these classes but can be challenging to acquire the weights needed for the class as per the recommendations. Otherwise great class!

すべてのレビューを表示Great challenge! We went through a ton of exercises and the cardio was a nice push. The format is pretty fast paced, which I like. As someone fairly new to the studio it will naturally take awhile to learn all the equipment and smoothly transition btwn exercises but Kay was great at repeating instructions. Would definitely recommend!

すべてのレビューを表示The instructor (and owner) Vanessa was beyond lovely and welcoming!!! I loved the flow of the class and all of the modifications she offered. The space was really cute and overall it felt way more like a welcoming community than a lot of other studios in the city. The class size was good too. My only critique is that the mats weren’t the greatest.
