すべてのレビューを表示Jade was an amazing instructor. Very energetic and easy to follow her throughout the class. She also would offer adjustments for poses so that everyone was comfortable regardless of their level. Therefore I would say this class is for all levels of yogis. I really enjoyed it being outside in the plaza. It was a nice way to unwind after a busy day. She was also super understanding when I had to leave early because I was avoiding getting a ticket in the Wayne Ave garage. Highly recommend her class and will be back in the future.
