    Excellent class! Tulika was the first teacher of all I have seen in years, to emphasize the importance of reducing sensory stimuli to enhance our practice, grounding it into the original principles of Yoga. Class was fun too. The group is small which makes it easier to take space and experiment with advanced poses. I would like to make it a regular class.

    I really like the structure and format of this class. It’s fast paced but not rushed. The reps and punches are posted on screens for easy reference. The instructor demos everything at least once. The music is good. I’ve boxed before but I would totally bring a novice friend and they would still be able to fully engage.

    She is a great instructor with great classes! She brings amazing energy to class on a Sunday morning! Her playlists are always so good, the flow feels intentional, and she does an amazing job cueing movements so you feel challenged but still successful. I always leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and in a noticeably better mood (and SWEATY). Happy to have found such a great way to start my Sundays!

    Ben is amazing! He asked about any injuries in the beginning of the class and made sure to help make adjustments to avoid aggravating my injury and instead strengthen the surrounding muscles. He also checked in on everyone and helped tweak form throughout the class. Then at the end he provided some helpful tips to help with strengthening, further injury prevention, and recovery. Highly recommend!

    Make sure to get there 10 mins early because you have to sign the waiver and the place gets quite busy (could have to wait in line). I really liked the instructor. She had a super cute poem at the end about Daffodils that really lifted my spirit. The studio was comfortable but I will say the sound quality was somewhat poor. I had a good workout, the location is convenient, and will be back!

    I decided to get back into pilates after a long break. It was my first time taking Monica’s class and I really like the way she gives instructions.     Everyone in the class was super encouraging, the energy is just really good in there for any and all levels. Definitely more challenging than I expected as it was my first time doing this but will definitely come again!
