すべてのレビューを表示This was my first time trying out SoulCycle, I was blown away. Rachel, was an incredible instructor. Her energy was just electric first thing in the morning, I think this was a great way to start the day. I do wish there was someone that explained the bike a little more and how to unblock your shoes? Over all though, Rachel was great the music was amazing and I loved how dark it gets in there!

すべてのレビューを表示Amanda was great! She really took the time to explain each step of the flow to me, fixed my posture, and just made the experience much more beneficial than I have had in other classes. It was such a positive and filling way to start the day! Will definitely be back

すべてのレビューを表示This class is my escape from life- in a good way of course. Think of it as free therapy, because the gems Mike drops throughout class makes you think of life in a different perspective- a better one. It also doesn’t hurt that his music is a good mix- which gets you more into the class

This was my first spin class ever and Bella made sure I understood safety components and made me feel comfortable about riding at my pace, readjusting my pose as necessary for the best workout. The camaraderie and support within the class was top notch. Will be back for sure.

すべてのレビューを表示WOW!! This Bollywood Zumba class was amaaazing!! The instructors went above and beyond; I felt like I was in a Bollywood movie or Indian wedding, AND I got an incredible cardio workout! Not only was the music, dancing, and choreography on point, the atmosphere they created really transported you across the globe! There were costumes, bindis, henna, Indian snacks, a live drummer!! I could go to this class every month, please make it a regular event!!
