すべてのレビューを表示Such a beautiful class and Flow. I came to class feeling anxious and overwhelmed. My back was in a lot of pain also hence why I chose the gentle flow. She created a space that is truly calming and inviting. The moves were soothing and up lifting and I left with zero pain as well as a clear mind. Her energy is wonderful and she truly takes time to create special classes. Would recommend.

すべてのレビューを表示Loved the energy and the instructor. The format was to do the rounds posted on a TV screen at your own pace. All moves were demoed first by Paul which I appreciated. I will say that I am slower than most and have to modify this style of workout otherwise I'll be there all day trying to finish. I prefer a timed workout where we all change moves at the same time, but I still really enjoyed this class and would definitely take one again in the future!

すべてのレビューを表示The place was wonderful! The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. It was super clean, and the IV drip area was relaxing and has a spa like atmosphere. The massage chairs were legit and super duty (not like the chintzy ones at the nail salons). Oh and a bonus to mention is they even give you oxygen while you are getting your IV treatment!

すべてのレビューを表示I’ve gotten a few massages here now and each one has been great! It’s not some luxurious med spa but it’s not run down by any means, as a few reviews seem to indicate. It’s a very standard, cute massage spot in a strip mall. Each masseuse I have had has been wonderful and considerate of my comfort. I typically prefer my massages on the firm side and get medium firmness here, as they definitely put some muscle behind their work. They do massage your butt and get more intimate than other parlors in the area, but if you’ve had massages out of the country it’s very standard and on par with those experiences, nothing scandalous. I’ve always felt comfortable and the women have always been nothing but professional. After trying many places in Denver this has become my go to due to affordability, friendliness, professionalism, atmosphere, and consistency.
