Her instructions are super easy to follow, and she always gives clear demonstrations. I always leave feeling like I’m going to throw up… but in the best way possible lol

Marissa is the cutest thing ever and has the bubbliest personality that makes you feel welcomed. Definitely will be coming back for Marissa!

She created a space that is truly calming and inviting. The moves were soothing and up lifting and I left with zero pain as well as a clear mind. Her energy is wonderful and she truly takes time to create special classes. Would recommend.
