すべてのレビューを表示Such a beautiful class and Flow. I came to class feeling anxious and overwhelmed. My back was in a lot of pain also hence why I chose the gentle flow. She created a space that is truly calming and inviting. The moves were soothing and up lifting and I left with zero pain as well as a clear mind. Her energy is wonderful and she truly takes time to create special classes. Would recommend.

I’m sure not every instructor counts out reps but it was hard to tell which position we should hold & when to switch & repeat a movement. It was still a very good class!
