すべてのレビューを表示I booked the Tums & Bums class with Coach Raks, but when I arrived, the reception told me there was no class scheduled at that time. This was actually the second time I’ve booked this class. I ended up using the gym instead, but I hope both ClassPass and AF can make sure that class schedules are accurate and updated so members don’t make plans around classes that aren’t actually available.

すべてのレビューを表示The map pin is in a completely wrong location. The gym is at Abu Sidra Mall near entrance 4 (by the food court) on the second floor. I was using my free trial and the staff took almost 10 whole minutes to check me in which was baffling. The gym itself is clean and cool but there wasn’t enough space between machines in my opinion. At 2pm on a weekday there were only a handful of people. Please make the check-in process for Classpass users faster and more efficient please.

The prices aren’t that bad however because there’s no monthly payment option it’s a bit inaccessible. However if it fits your budget I would most definitely recommend as it is the most beautiful gym ever!!
