The treadmills are seriously impressive, very high-tech and a little intimidating when you first see them! 😂 But once you get going, they are amazing. I absolutely loved every second of the class and will definitely be back!

She doesn’t just guide you through the poses, she explains the how and why behind the practice, which makes the whole experience more meaningful. Now I understand why people fall in love with yoga. For 90 minutes, my mind was completely quiet. No work, no overthinking, no mental noise. Just breathing, movement, and being present. I walked out feeling physically challenged but mentally lighter. Definitely coming back.

If you ever think, “she’s not watching, I’ll just wing this one,” think again 😂 She notices everything, corrects your form and makes sure you’re actually doing the movement properly💪. There’s no getting away with doing things halfway, and I genuinely appreciate that 🫶 You can tell she’s fully aware of what’s happening throughout the session. Highly recommend!🏆

すべてのレビューを表示It was my first ever cycling class and my first cardio session in years, so I really had no idea what I was getting myself into 😂 I honestly didn’t even know what my limits were. Elnaz was amazing though. She kept pushing me, cheering me on and getting me excited throughout the class. She somehow knew my limits better than I did and knew exactly when to push me a little more. I only managed around 30 minutes because it was literally my first cardio session in years, but I’m actually really proud of myself for getting through it. I definitely would have given up much earlier without Elnaz constantly motivating me. Such a great instructor and such good energy! ❤️

Jade was really supportive, and what I loved about her the most, unlike other instructors outside, is that she doesn’t force you to do more than what you’re capable of. I VALUE THIS THE MOST because exercise should be enjoyable and challenging to an extent!!

Shivanshi somehow makes you do more without pushing you too much, which I really appreciated. There were only two of us in the class, so it felt almost like a private session with plenty of attention. Nice atmosphere, good location, and great facilities.
