すべてのレビューを表示Rebecca is an amazing instructor. An intentional flow that incorporated Sun Salutations while maintaining a slow, mindful pace throughout. Every movement felt purposeful, with plenty of space to connect breath and body without ever feeling rushed. I left feeling grounded, refreshed, and energized. It was an excellent class, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a thoughtful, intentional Vinyasa practice.
