She explained the flow of the class, went over how to use the platform, and was very encouraging throughout the workout. I got the Pilates shakes-definitely kicked my butt. Overall the place was super clean, very friendly staff, and a variety of workout classes. I will definitely be coming back :)

Challenging leg and glute exercises but plenty of freedom and support to adapt to whatever level of difficulty you need. I wouldn’t mind having the music turned up for extra energy and motivation.
