Somehow very accessible yet definitely a step beyond most classes I’ve taken in terms of the care taken to integrate both physical and non-physical practice. Very unique methodology (to me) particularly before moving into the flow portion. Very kind, knowledgeable, and patient teacher. Calm atmosphere. Bummed I can’t come more often because of the time!
