If you’re someone who has a hard time tapping into your sensual side, these folks make it so incredibly safe feeling to explore what that means for you without embarrassment or judgement. すべてのレビューを表示This class felt much more intermediate than beginner to me, as someone with very little to no dance background. The instructor was clearly very knowledgeable but did go through things very quickly. so just be aware of this beforehand! That being said, I will likely be back since I feel like it will push me, but it is fast-paced and assumes some dance knowledge beforehand like positions etc.

すべてのレビューを表示2nd time been there. Coaches are patients and helpful. Maybe this gym is for those had some experience in lifting. But for people who signup from class, I would suggest to have a beginner session, to try little but everything but not that intensive in the regular class.
