I'm glad I read previous reviews - I met the mean manager guy (it's true he's not particularly friendly), I knew to decline the drink he offered for $3, and I also didn't get the bucket pedicure. I was sort of confused what other reviewers meant when they said the pedicures are done in buckets - they are actually more like big bowls. Regardless, I'm glad I didn't get the pedicure like I initially planned, the bowls definitely looked odd. So 5 stars for Bella, and 5 stars for the other reviewers so I knew what to expect!

The setup of this place finds you in an open room with three other chairs, kind of like the shampoo bowls in a hair salon, so don't expect a private room to be stripping down in like other spas. The facial is still deeply relaxing and effective. I signed up for their membership because the prices are extremely reasonable and the value is unbeatable. This place really makes high quality skin care attainable and easy. Angel did my goddess facial and she did a spectacular job. I've felt so glowy every day since. What a great find this place was!
