すべてのレビューを表示This class felt much more intermediate than beginner to me, as someone with very little to no dance background. The instructor was clearly very knowledgeable but did go through things very quickly. so just be aware of this beforehand! That being said, I will likely be back since I feel like it will push me, but it is fast-paced and assumes some dance knowledge beforehand like positions etc.

Ashley took a few moments before each song to demonstrate key moves so it was easy to follow and let loose. Room lighting was good-not overly bright, poppin music, great ambience for a good sweat.
