すべてのレビューを表示Most classes with a sound bath component are restorative, so this yin/sound bath class is a real gem. The class was very relaxing and is taught in such a way that is accessible to all yoga levels. The studio is also very charming, so I'd definitely recommend.

すべてのレビューを表示I loved Alexandria who is so gifted at cueing this type of practice! Somatic feels like a sweet cocoon of safety being knit within and around your whole body. VERY slow and more like a meditation or exercise in attention - your body barely moves.
