すべてのレビューを表示It was a super cool experience, however if you are light or sound sensitive, just be aware. I ended up covering my eyes with the blanket due to the light from the outside not allowing me to fully relax and the gong noises got a bit too loud at times and had to plug my ears. It was an interesting experience but if you get overstimulated especially by sound, be aware of it before going in. I will do it again but will be ready for the loud noises next time hehe

The area itself does lack a bit of space, I am missing a bit more seating space and the changing room is too small for the amount of people between classes changing out or into their bathing suits. Otherwise would go here again for sure!

People talk loudly on their phones, and with each other before and after class. Also there is a sign that you are welcome to have some tea before class but there was no tea left before our class. Der Kurs wurde von Lina durchgeführt - sie hat zu Beginn erklärt, was Pilates überhaupt ist, worauf es ankommt und wie man zu atmen hat. Auch bei den Übungen hat sie einen toll angeleitet. Sie strahlt eine unfassbar schöne Ruhe und Gelassenheit aus, dass man sich direkt gut aufgehoben fühlt. Auch das Studio selbst ist richtig schön und gemütlich. Ich kann das Studio wärmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank an Lina.

She adapts the strenght and ask you to check everything is great on your side. On the other hand she is extremely respectful and makes you feel comfortable at all times. I think this is particularly important for most women and she really master it. I would recommend 100% to anyone that wants to have a relaxing moment and feeling much better afterwards.
