すべてのレビューを表示I felt like there were too many basic mat exercises instead of fully utilising the reformer (eg. only arms workout & crunches were fully utilising the reformer, the rest were just either standing on the box/doing sit-ups. Nevertheless i still enjoyed the challenging workout, every part is burning!

First ever Pilates reformer class and it was entirely in Danish and even as an only English speaker I still followed all the instructions and the instructor was kind enough to check in with me and my friend to let us know how we were going and what to change. Would recommend.

すべてのレビューを表示Lily was an amazing instructor! She coordinated the workout perfectly with the music, and always told us what to expect: if something faster or slower or harder is coming. She offered different variations of an exercise for more beginners or advanced people. The class was clearly well planned ahead, she didn’t just come up with it in the moment, which was so reassuring because I experienced in other classes that the teachers were like: “oook, what should we do now…”. I will definitely return to this class!

すべてのレビューを表示Ich habe schon viele Pilates Kurse besucht und wirklich einiges an Erfahrung gesammelt aber die Stunde bei Robert hat alles übertroffen. Vom ersten Moment an war er unglaublich professionell, aufmerksam und gleichzeitig extrem sympathisch. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl, gut aufgehoben und einfach in den besten Händen. Er achtet durchgehend darauf, dass die Übungen korrekt ausgeführt werden und hat alles im Blick. Man merkt sofort, dass er genau weiß, was er tut und ein sehr gutes Gefühl für den Körper und die richtigen Bewegungsabläufe hat. Die Stunde war unglaublich abwechslungsreich und perfekt aufgebaut. Es wurde zu keinem Zeitpunkt langweilig, jede Übung war sinnvoll integriert und man hatte das Gefühl, dass wirklich alles durchdacht ist. Gleichzeitig hat es extrem viel Spaß gemacht und man wurde genau richtig gefordert. Für mich war das mit Abstand meine absolute Lieblings Pilates Stunde bisher und ehrlich gesagt eine der besten Sporteinheiten, die ich je hatte. Ich bin wirklich sehr begeistert und kann den Kurs von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen. Ich werde definitiv wieder buchen und freue mich jetzt schon auf die nächste Stunde bei Robert.

LP pays attention to everyone’s form constantly, which i really love it. She might be too strict for others, but you definitely learn and improve alot from her class!

The instructor was so kind and thoughtful, and she made a real effort to switch between German and English throughout the class so I could understand and follow along. I really appreciated that! 🥹💗 The class itself was great, and I definitely felt comfortable even though German isn’t my first language. I would absolutely recommend this class and would love to come back!
