Sofia was LOVELY and we really enjoyed her class ... and she was kind enough to translate to English when needed which we were thankful for !! The only thing was that we had a hard time finding the studio and felt the signage could've been a bit better ... but we would for sure recommend the class ! Thank you !

Both tower/matwork classes, as well as the reformer classes with Mohan are fantastic, both for beginners and those that want to make progress in pilates, and the personal progress can be tracked within weeks. I highly recommend visiting her classes!
