すべてのレビューを表示Although this class is considered low-impact, it’s incredibly effective! I had a blast today—the upbeat music and dance moves made it so much fun. Everyone was so nice, from the instructor to the other patrons, and I felt truly welcomed. I worked up a sweat, and my muscles are definitely feeling it. I’ll definitely be back and hope you do the same!

すべてのレビューを表示I had an amazing time in this class—it was unreal! I didn’t expect to burn 500+ calories (probably would’ve hit 1,000 if I didn’t need breaks and prayers, lol). The instructor was full of energy and truly great at leading the class. Even the regulars were super welcoming! We danced non-stop, mixing in jumping jacks, squats, and high-intensity moves. I highly recommend this class!

すべてのレビューを表示I was nervous to take a class by Lakisha after the reviews, but her class was fine and I definitely do think some other factors played into her negative reviews. She is knowledgeable and has a direct personality. If you don't vibe with a blunt personality then I would take a class from another instructor. Admittedly, it was a bit too blunt for me so early in the morning, but I think I would have felt differently taking an afternoon class from her. Would be nice if she asked new people what their pilates experience is since she assumes we all have no prior training and I think this could have eased some tension between her and other new timers.
