すべてのレビューを表示Barre Bootcamp is a great class! The class incorporates both light (2-5lbs) & medium dumbbells (10-15lbs) which I like. Lisa leads with a great pace. My heart rate tends to be higher in this class than in others. It’s also a longer class. Thanks Space Three!
