すべてのレビューを表示I loved this mat class, it was very intense but doable. I definitely worked up a sweat and felt like the workout was very effective and easy to follow. The instructor was very motivating and kind, I definitely will be coming back and recommending to my friends!

すべてのレビューを表示Great class. Very sweaty! very spicy! I almost brought a friend to his class who was a beginner and I'm kind of glad I did not. This class was not for the faint of heart. The flow was not complicated but if you didn't know postures, I can see this being a little difficult for someone green. That said I enjoyed it a lot!

すべてのレビューを表示The studio is pretty and very clean. Free parking on Monroe St. but you have to walk a block (beautiful day, not a big deal). Great class with Karin. She’s open to suggestions of what you’d like to work on. Corrections are given. The time went by quickly I loved everything!
