すべてのレビューを表示When I got to the studio today, they told me it was my 100th class at Neon and they pointed to a billboard with my name on it. I was so touched and surprised. As a Classpasser, I didn’t think I was eligible for the achievement acknowledgments. I have taken cycle with Jenn for 95% of the classes I have attended. I have tried a few other instructors but Jenn is just THAT good. I love her format, how she builds the intensity and her music. Plus, she is beyond hilarious and her commentary(which can sometimes be risqué, but hey, I am a grownup) makes class fly by and keeps me highly entertained. She is so quick witted. I would love to attend Neon more often, but I live on the other side of Plano and evening classes are too difficult to get to therefore Neon is my weekend guilty pleasure. Thanks Neon, love you all!

The class is high-energy with a great selection of fun music that really gets you moving. It strikes a perfect balance between being a fantastic stress reliever and challenging your mind with intricate choreography. Anna’s teaching style keeps things engaging and motivating throughout. すべてのレビューを表示The instructor is incredible, I was not prepared for high intensity, training. On my end, I wish I would’ve done more research for this class because I have a knee and shoulder injury. Although modifications are possible this class itself was not the best workout for me. If you’re healthy and all your limbs are good it’s great and you’re gonna love it but if you’re avoiding aggravation to any joint injury, I recommend cycle, which was incredible w the same instructor.

I love that the workouts focus on isolated muscle groups instead of every day being a full body workout. I also love that you’ll never do the same workout twice. 100/10 stars 😊

This class will challenge you mentally and physically! Come ready to work hard and sweat! Of course it’s always a bonus when the instructor is badass. Brandon is knowledgeable, passionate, and has a very positive attitude. He will pull you aside and personally show you the combos of you’re unsure or if you’re a beginner. A real challenge that will leave you feeling great about what you accomplished. The only negative is that they could use more equipment as the last 2-3 people don’t get the smart bars.

Each song has its own combo and rhythm so theres plenty of variety and it’s not too hard to keep up. The class also ends with a slower cool down song where you stretch out. I will def come back to this one!
