すべてのレビューを表示Sauna room was 150 degrees for 45 min. I could lower the temp if I wanted. I had to take a couple of breaks bc you will get hotter in an infrared sauna than in a regular dry heat sauna. Clean facilities and bathroom to change.

Trigger point massage can be a little intimidating but it never hurt & there was regular massage techniques implemented as well to keep it comfortable. The entire experience, from the moment I walked in the door and was assisted by Courtney was beyond any expectations I had. I need to do this as often as possible.
