すべてのレビューを表示Sauna room was 150 degrees for 45 min. I could lower the temp if I wanted. I had to take a couple of breaks bc you will get hotter in an infrared sauna than in a regular dry heat sauna. Clean facilities and bathroom to change.

すべてのレビューを表示I really liked this place! The sauna was a nice size and the cold plunge was the perfect temp. There’s a tv facing the sauna with a speaker inside the sauna. Everyone working there is super nice as well.

すべてのレビューを表示I did just the 15 minute red light therapy session. The space is welcoming, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and kind. It went by quickly and I will be curious to see potential longer term results if I’m able to go more often. Hard to tell after just one session!
