すべてのレビューを表示The front desk guy Clyde was super kind and helpful. I did the pod which was super relaxing and I got super sweaty! The only issue was I didn’t know when it was done because it didn’t turn off so I was in there an extra ten minutes and it wore me out lol. I heard a little beep and thought it was a countdown but apparently it was when it was done. I assumed the machine would turn off completely but apparently the heat turns off and the lights stay on so you will still think it’s on. Next time I’ll set a timer on my phone and bring headphones! Great experience overall, just some little nuances to figure out!

すべてのレビューを表示I did just the 15 minute red light therapy session. The space is welcoming, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and kind. It went by quickly and I will be curious to see potential longer term results if I’m able to go more often. Hard to tell after just one session!
