Ella was incredibly clear, intentional, and thoughtful in her cueing, making it easy to stay connected to each movement throughout the class. すべてのレビューを表示I loved this Mum and little ones workout class - felt very welcomed and the whole experience was stress free (it was my first time taking my 2 year old to a workout class and he also had fun!). The room is really spacious with a nice moody ambience. Will definitely attend again.

すべてのレビューを表示I had the most relaxing afternoon at Rewind. I was greeted by the owner Leanna who was so lovely and accomodating. Jumped in the sauna and then blissed out in the salt room. WOW!!! I was in such deep relaxation, 35 minutes felt like an hour- in the best way. Beautiful facilities and a tea to finish. Can’t recommend this place enough 🤍
