    Wind Down Yoga

    Excellent teacher, but the vinyasa section was more energetic than I'd expected for a wind down session. I'd forgotten the description said the second part of the class was nidra, so ended up opting out. (Knee issues and recovering from flu meant I was looking for something gentler.) I wish I'd remembered in time that the class would be slowing down.
