    FULL BODY (QUEEN)

    Maddy is one of the best instructors in the city. She truly understands the importance of isolating muscle groups to enhance strength and performance. Her classes are smooth as butter. Her communication ability is top-notch as well - her voice sends me into a trance. I love her classes and is the reason I came back to Lagree.

    STRONG (Studio)

    The class size was quite small, only 5 people when I went which meant a lot of guidance from our instructor Sydney. She was great about giving form corrections for anyone that needed it. This workout was definitely focused more on building strength and keeping up good form rather than high intensity. People of all abilities can take this class confidently.

    Great Pilates class and instructor. Sam is really thorough with her instruction and guidance, helping with individual adjustments on form and technique. Really friendly welcoming environment and atmosphere, and great work out!
