すべてのレビューを表示This class was AMAZING. I love this class but today’s session I was just vibing with. I felt so connected to the yoga, and I noticed some improvements in some of my poses which made me happy. I left the class feeling so refreshed. The instructor does a wonderful job and I’m really happy to see that the class was truly an all levels hot yoga class. Lately the last few classes I felt were more intermediate or at least for flexible people. Today’s class was excellent and made all the poses challenging but accessible for everyone.

すべてのレビューを表示PROS: Luisa’s flow always hits. I love her teaching style and love the energy she brings to class. CONS: Not the biggest fan of the padded floors and the room temp has barely been reaching 88F lately :/ Will keep going to Break Free, but I just hope they can work on better keeping the room as hot as it used to be

すべてのレビューを表示This was my 2nd class with Olena and she truly is an amazing instructor. I’ve been doing yoga for years and I feel truly connected and supported in her class. She pushes you to do your best but safely without pressuring you. Wish I could bring her back to dc with me!

すべてのレビューを表示Very knowledgeable and kind teacher. She greeted all of us and made sure if we were open to adjustments/had any injuries. Class was open to all levels because the teacher showed every single move on the mat and around the class and also showed how we can further deepen, and gave more advanced options as well. She also spotted us during our handstands and took time to explain a pose for me after class. Would definitely recommend and would want more classes from this teacher.
