すべてのレビューを表示Been working out with Coach Raul for about a month now. Overall, his workouts are one of the hardest of 2024 (I also do classes at Equinox). My body has definitely change, leaning out. My stamina has increased and strength with his well rounded intense workouts - full body worked (lower body, upper body, and core). Highly recommended and looking forward to continuing his classes throughout 2025!
