すべてのレビューを表示Mel’s Spicy Sunday class absolutely lived up to the name. I’ve taken hundreds of Pilates classes and this was hands down one of the best I’ve taken in a long time. The workout was challenging in the best way, with moves I’ve genuinely never done before which is rare for me at this point. Mel pushes you without losing the flow, and the entire class felt intentional and fresh. If I lived here, I would be in her class every single week.
