You walk in, get assigned a station that is yours for class, the instructor asks what you’d like to work on/what they need to know then builds you a well-rounded custom workout from there. I was a little worried starting out since I am just getting back into working out. I have done CrossFit before but I am so WEAK and my muscles are not used to working out like that anymore. I felt comfortable going here because we always did a very good gentle warm up and he’s always paying close attention to everyone. I definitely recommend!!
