すべてのレビューを表示Medina was a FAB instructor. She made sure to give modifications to those in class who needed them while giving progressions to those who needed more. She was very attentive to everyone in the room. She had a great sequence that made us work a variety of muscle groups but what I noticed most was how she made us feel! And that was supported, like we were seen, and like we were trying our best. THIS is the type of instructor you want to take class with when you’re having a rough day or need a pick me up! 10/10
