Veryyyy intimidated just booking the class then even more when I was being explained the machine by Kristen BUT with her consistent check-ins and modifications available I was still able to push myself safely and I made it through! Definitely returning - outside of the cold machines was a warm environment!

As a beginner, I appreciated how structured the class was with three blocks/two rounds each! It was very easy to follow and keep up! I loved the exercises, music, and instructor!
